Trento, 13 January 2026 – The Provincial Agency for Tenders and Contracts (APAC) of the Autonomous Province of Trento has officially awarded Novareti SpA, a company controlled by Dolomiti Energia Holding SpA and subject to its management and coordination, the tender for the management of the natural gas distribution service for the Province of Trento Single Area, for the next 12 years.

The assignment of the territorial area, which includes 167 Municipalities (166 in the province of Trento and 1 in the province of Brescia), will enable the Company to consolidate its historical presence in the Trentino region, ensuring continuity in the management of the service in a key area and, above all, to launch a major investment plan for the development of the network in areas currently without a methane gas supply, as identified in the tender.
