Rovereto, 2 January 2026 – SET Distribuzione SpA, a company controlled by Dolomiti Energia Holding Spa and subject to its management and coordination, hereby informs that, pursuant to Article 6 (Early Redemption at the Issuer’s Option) of the Bond Regulations of the '€110,000,000 4.60 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes 2006 / 2029 unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Autonomous Province of Trento' bond, ISIN Code IT0004096266, it will proceed with the full early redemption of the bond on 30 January 2026.

The bond, issued on 1 August 2006 and originally maturing on 1 August 2029, is admitted to trading on the regulated market organised and managed by Euronext Dublin (formerly Irish Stock Exchange plc).

The amount of the early redemption will be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Bond Regulations, available on the Company’s website at https://www.setdistribuzione.it/societa/per-gli-investitori.html.
