YOUR APPLICATION
The first step: if your profile meets the requirements, you will move on to the next stage and be able to put yourself to the test with logical-aptitude tests and soft skills assessments. An opportunity to understand how your abilities fit into our context.
GROUP ASSESSMENT
Group assessment (for some positions)
A truly collaborative experience, where you will have the chance to engage with other talented people and sharpen your problem solving and teamwork skills.
PRACTICAL TEST
Practical test (for operational roles)
A hands-on opportunity to demonstrate your technical skills in practice and experience our way of working first-hand.
INTERVIEW
A chance to talk with our assessment team, in which you may tackle a business case to show your approach to challenges.
This is also the perfect opportunity to ask questions and get to know each other better.
AFTER THE INTERVIEW
We will provide you with information on the next steps and timelines. We will also invite you to complete a short survey to share your experience with us. We are committed to always giving you feedback, regardless of the outcome of the selection process.
