The consolidated result as at 30 September 2025 confirms that the Group is continuing to grow, guided by a strategy focused on sustainability, innovation and energy transition. These objectives are supported by solid earnings and financial results and by careful management of risks and human resources.

Rovereto, 13 november 2025 – The Board of Directors, chaired by Silvia Arlanch, today reviewed the results as at 30 September 2025.

“We are very proud of the results for the first nine months of the year,” says Stefano Granella, Group CEO. “The achievement of important financial goals allows us to continue the growth trajectory outlined in the 2030 Plan: focusing on new investments and acquisitions, strengthening our leadership in Italy, diversifying sources, and increasing our contribution to the national electricity system to provide new energy for the future of the country. The success of the first Green Bond issue marks a significant acceleration towards ecological transition objectives, drawing on sustainable finance.”

A concrete commitment to sustainable finance

Important goals of the strategic plan have been achieved in recent months, enabling the development of the investment plan. The company successfully issued its first Green Bond for Italian and international institutional investors, and the retail public in Italy, maturing in 5 years. Furthermore, in October, the European Investment Bank granted the Group a loan of 200 million euros to finance growth in the renewable energy and networks sector.

Results as at 30 September 2025

The strong performance in the first 9 months and excellent operating cash generation have made it possible to maintain a solid net financial position that has gone from 397 million euros on 31 December 2024 to 506 million euros in the first nine months of 2025. This is due to significant investments, extraordinary transactions, the payment of 157 million euros in taxes, and the issue of about 55 million euros in dividends.

The Net Financial Position to EBITDA ratio is approximately 1.0x, confirming the Group’s strong financial capacity to support its ambitious growth plan.

In the first nine months of 2025, the Group’s consolidated EBITDA amounted to 396 million euros and net profit attributable to Group shareholders came to 226 million euros. Although higher than forecast, both figures are down on the same period of 2024, mainly due to precipitation returning to levels in line with historical averages, after the exceptionally high values of the previous year.

The total number of customers reached 800,000, setting a new record for the Group’s market sector. This constant growth, with customers throughout the country, was driven by the success of 24- and 36-month fixed-price offers. Regulated businesses’ contribution remained stable – in particular electricity distribution and gas distribution – as did advanced services for energy-intensive companies.

Investments of 234 million euros

Technical and external-growth investments for the period amounted to approximately 234 million euros, thanks to the completion of acquisitions and new partnerships, which increased the Group’s consolidated renewable generation capacity in operation to more than 1.6 GW. In addition, during the first nine months construction began on wind and photovoltaic plants that will generate more than 156 MW.

Investments in electrical distribution networks are continuing, including the inauguration of the new primary substation in Cirè, investments in gas and water networks to guarantee the continuity and security of the service even in the face of extreme weather events, in addition to making the service accessible to territories that are not covered to date.
