- Investments of 151 million euros, showing strong growth compared to the first quarter of 2024 (+139%)

- Total consolidated revenue and income of 641.6 million euros, up compared to the same period in 2024 (+19%) thanks to higher volumes and the effect of rising energy market prices.

- Consolidated EBITDA of 117.5 million euros and Group net profit of 65.4 million euros were down on the first quarter of 2024 (-18% and -10% respectively) due to hydroelectric production returning to its historical average, partially offset by the full consolidation of the hydro perimeter.

- Positive earnings, with a net financial position reaching 571 million euros as a result of significant investments and the impact of acquisitions.

Rovereto, 19 May 2025 – The Board of Directors, chaired by Silvia Arlanch, today reviewed the results as at 31 March 2025.

“We are pleased with the results achieved,” comments Stefano Granella, CEO of the Group, “which confirm the Group’s robust financial and economic solidity and the ability to continue on its growth path. After the significant investments made in 2024, in these first three months we have already made over 150 million euros in new investments to seize important opportunities for sustainable expansion in the long term.”

In the first quarter of 2025, consolidated operating profit (EBITDA) grew to 117.5 million euros, primarily due to the flexibility of the Group’s production portfolio and slightly higher production volumes, net of the normalisation of water supply levels, which in the first quarter of the previous year had recorded values above historical averages. All business areas outperformed forecasts.

The positive results of these first three months and the Group’s financial strategy have led to a net financial position that, in a context of strong investments, increased from 397 million euros at 31 December 2024 to 571 million euros in the first quarter of 2025, maintaining a level of financial solidity that is capable of supporting the growth process.

In line with the growth objectives for renewable generation capacity and its commitment to the energy transition, Dolomiti Energia Group completed two major transactions in the first quarter – with IVPC Group and Epico Group – for the acquisition of wind and photovoltaic assets in central and southern Italy, with a total value of approximately 194 million euros.

With the completion of the Apricena plant in February, the Group reached a capacity of approximately 147 MW of wind and photovoltaic plants in operation and under construction. Capital expenditure also focused on strengthening electricity, gas, and water distribution networks to make them increasingly efficient and, above all, resilient and capable of ensuring service continuity and security even in the face of extreme weather events.
