Rovereto, 9 October 2025 – This morning, at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan, home of Borsa Italiana, the Dolomiti Energia Group celebrated the listing of its first Green Bond on the Borsa Italiana Electronic Bond Market with the “Ring the Bell” ceremony, marking a key milestone in the Group’s sustainable growth journey as outlined in the recently approved 2025-2030 Strategic Plan.
The Green Bond, issued between 29 and 30 September 2025, attracted strong demand from institutional and retail investors, reaching the maximum target of €300 million in just over 24 hours, with demand far exceeding the initial offering.
The senior unsecured, non-convertible and non-subordinated bond will have a 5-year term and an annual gross interest rate of 3.5%. The Bond received a BBB+ rating from Fitch.
“Today, we ring the bell to mark the debut of this first bond, whose success has exceeded all expectations. It reflects the market’s appreciation for the sustainable development goals set out in our 2030 industrial plan. Having secured a significant share – one third of the total – from retail investors confirms the validity of our vision: making sustainability accessible to small investors, enabling them to play an active role in the energy transition. This Green Bond unites the Group and its investors in making a tangible contribution to a more sustainable future for our country,” said Stefano Granella, CEO of the Dolomiti Energia Group.
The proceeds from the issue will be used to finance or refinance sustainable projects in line with the Group’s Green Financing Framework, further strengthening the Dolomiti Energia Group’s financial structure and responsible growth strategy.
